In November 2022, a group of twelve high school students, together with three English teachers, visited I.E.S. Alhamilla, a bilingual High School from Almeria, Spain. The Romanian students interacted with students from Spain, Germany and The Netherlands during the European week, joined them in cultural activities and sport contests, explored the city in a challenging treasure hunt experience, took part in writing workshops tutored by the American teacher, Elisabeth Rott, and exchanged culinary and artistic customs and traditions. They documented their journey into a collective diary, shared on the Facebook page of "William Shakespeare" High School from Timisoara. Here are their thoughts.
